“What should I do if I have a food allergy?”

If you or someone in your party has a food allergy please do not order online. Please call your local Portland Pie Co and ask for a Manager so we can accommodate accordingly!

“How Do I use my house account at Portland Pie Co?”

Unfortunately, House Accounts are not supported at this time. If you would like to use a House Account to order, please call in to your favorite Portland Pie Co and our friendly staff will assist you!

“How do I redeem my Gift Card Online?” There are two answers to this question:

For Pickup orders simply select "Pay Upon Pickup" for your payment method and use the gift card when you arrive at the store.

For Delivery orders we can only accept cash and credit card when using the “Pay Upon Delivery” for payment method. If you’d like to use a Gift Card for delivery, please call in to your favorite Portland Pie Co and our friendly staff will assist you!

“How do I redeem by Frequent Pier Points or Business Rewards points online?” Similar to Gift Cards points cannot be redeemed directly online, however:

For Pickup orders simply select Pay Upon Pickup for your payment method and use your points when you arrive at the store.

For Delivery orders we can only accept cash and credit card when using the “Pay Upon Delivery” payment method.If you’d like to use your Points for delivery, please call in to your favorite Portland Pie Co and our friendly staff will assist you!

“How do I earn Frequent Pier Points or Business Rewards points online?”

Simply create an account and under Contact Information enter your Frequent Pier Points or Business Rewards under “Loyalty Card Number” and any orders placed with your account will earn Points!
